General Manager
Brian Christianson is a seasoned operations leader with over 12 years of experience in the HVAC industry, consistently delivering strong results through team development, operational discipline, and strategic growth initiatives. Most recently serving as General Manager at Veteran Air, he has full P&L responsibility and oversees all aspects of operations, financial performance, and vendor management. Prior to this, he was Vice President of Operations at Snyder, where he led multiple service divisions, implemented process improvements, and drove revenue growth. At One Hour Heating and Air, he held multiple GM roles across Florida and Colorado, where he turned around a $1M annual loss into $560K+ profit, rebuilt underperforming teams, improved gross margins by 10% in six months, and consistently delivered 24% EBITA growth. Starting his career in the field as a technician, installer, and salesperson, Brian brings a hands-on understanding of HVAC operations. With a background in the fire service and military, he leads with discipline, accountability, and a focus on results.

Clarion offers replacement, repair, and maintenance services and has partnered with LightBay since December 2021.

CHALLENGES
The Fort Collins branch had experienced a revenue decline from $26M to $20M over three years, coupled with high turnover and weak culture. The existing leadership failed to drive sales and lacked execution. The newly hired sales, HVAC, warehouse, and electrical managers required a capable leader to either guide or replace them. Integrating into the underperforming culture and improving operational efficiency posed significant hurdles.
