Frontline Performance Group had recently acquired a software business, called Alternative Claim Management, however they had no senior commercial leader in the business to aid with this new acquirement.

The firm had big growth plans for 2021 and therefore, they needed an outstanding candidate to be instrumental in helping deliver these huge targets. They needed a potential candidate for the role of Senior Vice President of Sales.

The company needed a profile that had worked in a sub-$40M revenue business and someone who had experience managing challenging individuals. They also specifically desired the new hire to have a strong track record of driving change within a business.
