The company is undergoing a leadership transition with key executives set to retire. They are seeking a General Manager (GM) to oversee operations at both sites, with a clear path to President. Oversee business operations, initially reporting to the President, then the parent company CEO.

Lead Sales, Estimating, and customer contracts.

Identify new project opportunities and support Estimating/Engineering in scoping and quoting.

Manage P&L and provide monthly reports to the parent company.

Supervise Office Team across multiple functions, including Project Management and Accounting.

Oversee project execution, staffing, and manpower allocation.
