Jeppe Lindgaard is an accomplished legal executive specializing in private equity, corporate transactions, and strategic compliance management. As Head of Business Development and Senior Managing Director at Black Diamond Capital Management, Jeppe successfully led capital raising strategies, sourcing over $2.5 billion in institutional assets across private market strategies. His deep expertise includes leading complex negotiations, transaction structuring, comprehensive due diligence, and ESG program implementation. Jeppe has a strong track record in compliance and risk management, overseeing regulatory adherence and implementing robust governance frameworks. His proactive approach and strategic vision have consistently contributed to business growth and operational excellence in highly regulated financial environments.

- A solid and proven experience of at least 5-10 years in a relevant position as a General Counsel (GC) or bar attorney
- Private Equity experience
- AIMF experience
- Bilingual in English

Raw Selection’s Senior Associate, Haleema Hussain, led the search, collaborating with Cecile Pontier, the Hiring Manager at Archimed, to build a clear understanding of the company, its culture, and the profile needed for success in the role. After conducting over 400 screening calls, Raw Selection identified an exceptional individual, Jeppe Lindgaard, who was subsequently hired for the role.
Following the 15-step process, Raw Selection narrowed down the initial pool to 8 potential candidates, eventually selecting a shortlist of 4, each fully interviewed and assessed for cultural fit. The entire search was completed within 40 days, and Archimed successfully secured their new Head of Risk and Legal.
