WHY RAW SELECTION
ArchiMed approached Raw Selection due to the competitive nature of the New York market. The main challenge in this search was finding a candidate who not only had the required expertise but also fit in well with ArchiMed’s top-performing talent.
Raw Selection followed its unmatched 15-step recruitment process to identify the perfect candidate for ArchiMed’s New York office.
THE PROCESS
Raw Selection begins every search by thoroughly understanding the full requirements and brief. Senior Associate Haleema Hussain led the search, working alongside Managing Partner Alex Rawlings and ArchiMed’s hiring manager, Andre-Michel Ballester. Together, they built a complete profile of the company, its employees, culture, and the type of candidate needed for success.
Following their extensive process, Raw Selection identified 123 potential profiles, evaluated them, and narrowed them down to a shortlist of three candidates. Each was fully interviewed and assessed for cultural fit.
The search resulted in the hiring of an exceptional candidate, Matthew Maser, for the role.
RESULTS
This search was highly successful, and ArchiMed continues to grow its team and business with the right talent.
TESTIMONIAL
Thankyou and the entire team for your support in the process. In particular, I wanted to call to attention to Haleema's amazing efforts - from our first call onwards, it was clear that she excels at creating personal connection , understands the PE marketplace , and approaches her work tirelessly, professionally, but always with a warm and friendly demeanor. I can happily say that Haleema is exceptional among the recruiters thst I've engaged with in the past. As I've told Haleema, I'm a big fan of both her work and Raw Selection.
