THE PORTFOLIO COMPANY 

Founded in 2004 and headquartered in New York, Post Capital Partners is a dynamic player in the investment landscape. With a skilled team of 6, they manage three committed funds, with Fund 3 boasting an impressive $100 million in capital. Currently, they are on the brink of launching our fourth fund, targeting a substantial $150 million, having already secured over $100 million. This year, they are determined to raise the remaining $50 million. Their investment strategy is rooted in the belief that quality senior management is paramount to a company’s success. THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 8 years work experience (at least 4 years with a private equity firm).
• Bachelor’s degree from a top tier university with strong GPA and strong SAT/ACT scores
• Strong work ethic and initiative – self starter
• Meaningful experience executing closed transactions and working with portfolio companies
• Ability to multitask and work with multiple people
• Strong financial modeling, accounting and due diligence skills
• Ability to analyze a wide variety of different business models
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable communicating internally as well as with advisors, management teams and financing sources
• Experience managing and training junior staff a plus
