Prior to joining Columbia Home Services serving as the General Manager at Finch Air Conditioning, Heating, and Plumbing in Kingwood, TX, she has successfully increased revenue streams, optimized sales approaches, and improved safety awareness, achieving a 15% EBITDA in 2023—a 33% increase from the previous year.

Prior to Finch Rachel was the Chief Operations Officer at CORE Mechanical, where she played a key role in expanding the business into multiple locations and driving a 50% revenue growth. She also founded and ran The A/C Guy, LLC, streamlining operations and increasing efficiency by 37% through automation.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Houston and is a Certified Notary Public. Her expertise includes office management, human resources, budgeting, risk management, and performance optimization.
