Headquartered in Livermore, California, is a provider of precision sheet metal fabrication and CNC machining services for prototyping and low volume / high mix production to its blue-chip customer base across advanced end markets, including homeland security, medical, semiconductor, and aerospace & defense. They operate out of a 60,000 sq. ft. facility in Livermore, which is in the heart of Silicon Valley and in close proximity to its key customers.
THE PRIVATE EQUITY FIRM
The Private Equity firm invests in B2B companies in the industrial and specialty distribution sectors in the lower middle market in North America. They currently have 16 portfolio companies and have experience working in and managing businesses that range from the lower middle market to Fortune 500 companies. They make control equity investments in businesses that can benefit from the hands-on operational expertise they bring to the table. The firm partner and align itself with management teams to execute a customized value-creation program that drives equity value back to their investors as well as management. THE ROLE
The day-to-day role for this position will include the following tasks:
· Conduct market research, prepare RFQs, and deliver compelling sales presentations.
· Manage and oversee day-to-day sales operations.
· Ensure smooth execution of all sales-related functions.
· Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
· Identify and secure new business opportunities.
· Travel as needed to drive sales and growth.

The successful individual will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:
· Aerospace and machined components experience.
· Engineering knowledge (CNC, casting, plating, welding, 3D printing preferred).
· Strong new business development and sales management experience.
· PE experience is a plus but not essential.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Basic Salary: $125,000 - $150,000
Bonus Package: 30%-50% (uncapped potential if exceeding targets)
