THE ROLE
The General Manager will be responsible for:

Leading the day-to-day operations and delivering strong financial performance.

Overseeing the integration of HVAC services and developing multi-trade capabilities.

Driving customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Supporting the adoption of standardized systems including Service Titan and Sage Intacct.

Recruiting, managing, and developing a high-performing team.

Working closely with the former owner during the transition phase.

YOUR BACKGROUND
Successful candidates will demonstrate:

10+ years of leadership experience within HVAC, plumbing, or related residential service industries.

Proven track record of growing businesses in revenue and EBITDA.

Experience with P&L responsibility and operational KPIs.

Background in multi-trade or multi-location service businesses.

Familiarity with systems like Service Titan and Sage Intacct.

Possession of North Carolina HVAC and Plumbing contractor licenses (must-have).

Willingness to obtain septic certification if not already held.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Basic Salary: $150,000–$175,000 (up to $200,000 for an exceptional candidate)
Bonus: Tied to EBITDA performance and revenue/membership growth
Equity: No 401k: Yes, 100% match up to 6%
