We gathered insights from 90 CFOs working in Private Equity-backed Healthcare companies. The report breaks down compensation based on company revenue levels.


RESPONDENT BREAKDOWN

  • 33% from firms under $50M revenue

  • 38% from firms with $50M–$150M revenue

  • 29% from firms over $150M revenue

  • Median: $214,459

  • Range: $85,000 – $300,000

Firms $50M–$150M Revenue

  • Range: $150,000 – $500,000


BONUS

  • 79% of CFOs at firms <$50M receive a bonus of 50% or less

  • 53% at firms $50M–$150M receive a bonus of 50% or less

  • 61% at firms >$150M receive a bonus of 50% or less


EQUITY

  • 54% of CFOs at firms <$50M hold equity

  • 72% at firms $50M–$150M hold equity

  • 70% at firms >$150M hold equity
